Return Policy

At Sienna & Harper Gold Coast, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via Info@siennaharpergoldcoast.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  3. You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and approved in its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
